Smith and Sons Nanaimo is a local contractor that has a unique approach to renovations and remodeling in that they offered fixed-priced renovations. Joey wanted to ensure his business was sustainable. He initially approached us to know more about how Google My Business and social media could support the growth of his business. We carried out a series of business and marketing coaching sessions. Joey then identified that the best use of his time was to focus on sales and operations. He instructed us to manage his digital presence and work with his existing suppliers to embrace his local roots.
