Krista approached us to help kick-start her marketing. We started by reviewing the current marketing activities against existing business goals. We then helped identify key customer demographics and the solution they required.
As part of the project, we reviewed which marketing strategies would give a greater ROI and which were short and long-term.
We currently manage their SEO marketing in-house, along with their PPC for Google Adwords. We work with their other providers such as social media marketing, video marketing, and content marketing to ensure all the 4 P’s of marketing are sending out consistent correct communications.
We meet with the CEO and Operations Manager once a month to review the effectiveness of marketing activities and make recommendations for future marketing activities, including People and Processes.
